APPEARANCE: Standing at four feet high at the shoulder, Shayne is heavily muscled in his animal form, with a heavy mane of black hair surrounding his head and trailing down his chest and stomach. He weighs almost 300 pounds and has long claws and fangs.

THE HUMAN HALF
APPEARANCE:Standing at six feet tall and bulging with muscle, Shayne cuts an intimidating figure. He has sharply defined features, high cheekbones and a square, stubbornly strong jawline, under a straight nose and a heavy brow. Under thick eyebrows, sit shockingly light eyes, a bright gold that is speckled with red, contrasting tan skin and shoulder length black hair that is typically either pulled out in a pony tail or ruffled and wild like the mane of a lion. His entire body is covered highly defined scars, many small but quite a few large and obviously once life threatening. His hands are large, with large palms, and long, thick fingers.

Typically he wears loose, comfortable breeches of doeskin, his shirt a flowy white cotton, when he wears it.

PERSONALITY:Shayne is a bloodthirsty man. He gets angered easily, but rarely sulks. When upset, he goes to kill something. He is happiest when in battle, and if challenged, he will immediately take it up, no matter the odds. In general, he is kind,to those who are kind to him, though at times sarcastic. Occasionally he will insult someone on purpose to start a fight, but he will also finish the fight as well. He respects only those who have proven themselves in battle, or have obvious prowess. Typically a more serious individual, Shayne can still take a joke, though if he does not find it funny, he who said it will surely get punched in the face. He finds stubbornness and intelligence attractive, and can fall quickly for a woman who can take care of herself. Extreme loyalty and a love of honor give him a solid base. While he angers easily, often grudges are not held, but when one is formed, it is almost impossible for him to let it go.

BACKGROUND
HISTORY: When the war started, Shayne was happy to join the battle. He had been raised on blood and fighting, among the children of the Fire clans. He grew strong and powerful, both magically and physically. He flung himself into everything without thought, battles, and one day found himself powerfully in love with one of his warrior comrades.

Even during the war, as it began to heat up and battles became more intense, their love blossomed, and grew, until he asked her for marriage and she accepted. She was three months pregnant, and still stubbornly going to battles, when she, and thus his unborn child, were struck down in battle. He flew into a rage, slaughtering all of the enemy he could find and wanting permission to raid their lands all the more.

But he was denied, and hating himself for not protecting his wife, he struck out in anger and ran, abandoning the Fire tribe, and fuming as they mingled with lightning to become Caldo. He now wanders the land, finding pleasure and battles where he can, and silently waiting for a chance to strike down the leader who had denied him his revenge on the enemy kingdom.
