THE TOWER

Just within the walls of the city, in the corner closest to the shore facing the mainland, stands a tall, stone tower that is only partially built. It lacks walls on all sides, though a complete spiral staircase does climb to the top of the tower, which is high enough to look over the volcanoes to see the mainland beyond. This tower descends beyond the ground, where most of the construction has actually taken place. In the basement levels are the dungeons, where those of Ombra keep their captives and other wanderers that have found their way to the islands.
